What License is Needed in Florida to Sell Spirits and Liquors?

How much does a quota liquor license cost?

The cost of a quota liquor license varies from county to county and can only be acquired from a current license holder. Provided that the municipality signs off on the beverage application authorizing the placement of the liquor license to the applicant’s business address and the application is otherwise complete, the State of Florida will process the issuance of the license to the address applied for.

Does the state regulate the hours of operation for an establishment that serves alcoholic beverages?

The operating hours are regulated by the county or municipality in which the business is located. However, in the absence of county or municipal ordinances, no alcoholic beverages may be sold, consumed, served, or permitted to be served or consumed in any place holding a license with the division between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m. of the following day.
